Registration options:

1. Register by mail: Print out the registration form (click here to download a Word file) and mail it with your payment to:

2. Express registration available via telephone using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

3. Register on-line: Submit a form for each child on-line (fill in the form below), then call with a credit card number or send a check. Your place in a class will be held for 1 week if a form is submitted without payment. It will be secured when a payment is received. I am sorry I am not yet able to accept payment on-line.

Do you need to bring a sibling to class? How old? Siblings attending, but not enrolled in their own age appropriate class are subject to a $5 per class charge. This only applies to children who cannot remain in a baby carrier or entertain themselves independently. All sibling situations must be cleared in advance.
